TTT sessions are performed on a massage
table in a warm room for optimal comfort as you will be fully nude. If
you are not comfortable being fully nude you may wear underwear (silk or
thin material is best).
No oils or lotions are used as these tend to inhibit the
energy flow of the TTT facilitator's feather like touch.
Your facilitator will encourage you to do deep rhythmic
breathing if your goal is to reach higher states of being and expandedness.
It is important that you feel comfortable during a
session at all times. If for any reason you do not feel comfortable
please tell your facilitator.
How to Prepare

full understanding.

Plan how to get to your
facilitator to arrive on time.

Take a shower at home
before you come.

Do not come straight from
the gym or work . If you can, allow some time to relax before a session.

Have no expectations on
what you will experience.

Allow yourself a space of
time after you leave to reflect on the feelings and sensations of your
body awareness.
What to Expect
from a Tantric Touch Technique Session
It is best not to have any expectations but to just
observe the sensations of touch within your body. People who have
had an experience of TTT have had variations of some or all
of the following:

A feeling of higher energy in the body.

Tingles and wave like flows throughout the body.

A floating cloud like lightness.
-
Awareness that you are bigger than your physical
body.

Higher awareness and deepening of consciousness.

Release from stress and anxiety.
-
Clear mind.
-
A rise of kundalini energy (life force energy) from the base of the
spine.

Relaxation beyond what you have felt before.
-
A jerkiness of the body as energy blocks are
released

An inner high pitch sound (This sound is your
true vibration).

Colors of light behind your eyelids during a
session.
